The Organizing Committee of the Circassian Cheese Festival, headed by Deputy Prime Minister of Republic of Adygea Vicheslav Sapi, held its first meeting in Maykop. The committee discussed the preparations for the festival and also approved the festival's program.
The festival will contiue two days, during which there will be many events such as exhibitions of the Circassian cheese, competitions on the good cheese maker, performances by folklore bands and, of course, Circassian dances with audience participation.
This is the tenth time that the Circassian Cheese festival is taking place and, as in the past, it will take place in the village of Dakhovskaya in the beautiful area of South Adygea.
