Trump told Lavrov to increase trade with Russia


US President Donald Trump during talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that he wants to "several times" increase trade with Russia. This was reported by Kommersant, citing a source close to the Russian delegation.

The American leader did not specify how to do this under the conditions of sanctions, in addition to launching an advisory business council. As the Russian Foreign Minister later said, “seven to ten private business leaders from each side” can enter the council.

Sergey Lavrov arrived in Washington on December 10. He had a meeting with Donald Trump, which lasted about 45 minutes.
