Circassian ex-senator from Karachay-Circassia Republic Rauf Arashukov reads books on psychology and books on “War and Peace” in the Lefortovo jail,- reports aif.ru.
Arashukov told Boris Klin, a member of the PMC of Moscow, who visited him that he first read books on psychology and then began to read “War and Peace”. He also likes historical literature. The prisoner plans to study the novels of Valentin Pikul. For this, Arashukov asked the administration of the detention center to give him a small battery lamp.
Earlier it was reported that the ex-senator from Karachay-Circassia Republic Rauf Arashukov and ex-minister of the Government of Russian Federation Mikhail Abyzov are in the same room in jail.
Note that at the end of January last year, Rauf Arashukov was arrested during a meeting of the Federation Council (parliament) of Russia. He is charged with participation in a criminal gang, the killing of two people and pressure on a witness.
