On the territory of the Blue Lakes in Kabardino-Balkaria Republic, work is ongoing to improve and create comfortable conditions for guests and tourists. So, in the fall of 2019, global construction began on the Upper Blue Lakes as part of a public-private partnership to create a tourist complex, which will include more than ten objects.
It is assumed that the tourist complex will include a three-story hotel, a restaurant, a guest house from a log house, a sports ground, a fisherman's house, playgrounds, a sauna, a bathhouse, a pier, a beach. For guests will be offered horseback riding, jeep tours, snowmobiling and boating.
The construction is carried out within the framework of the state program "Development of the North Caucasus Federal District until 2025", it is planned to be completed in July 2020. The estimated amount of funds will be 240 million rubles ($3.8m).
According to the head of the tourist complex Mahmud Boziev, the construction by the contractor Elite-Stroy is carried out efficiently and on time.
