Former US Vice President Joe Biden has widened his lead over his opponent, incumbent President Donald Trump, in the latest polls in the US presidential election on November 3. The Financial Times reports.
According to the newspaper, Biden can collect 269 electoral votes, while Trump - 122. However, the publication notes that nine states have not yet decided who they will vote for, and they make up a total of 147 electoral votes.
In percentage terms, excluding the electoral college, Biden is ahead of Trump by almost 8%: 50.3% for Biden and 42.4% for Trump.
