A train from Nalchik to Novorosisk to be launched on May

On May 4, a train to the city of Novorosisk which is located on the shores of the Black Sea  in the Krasnodar region will start running from the city of Nalchik, the capital of the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria. This is stated on the website of the Ministry of Transport of Kabardino-Balkaria.

The department clarified that the train will go with stops in some of the most popular cities of the North Caucasus. These will include, in particular, Mineralnye Vody, Armavir and Krasnodar.

The train will depart from Nalchik at 14:09 and arrive in Novorossiysk at 7:45 the next day. In the past, there was no such a train between the two cities.

Recall that the city of Novorosisk in the Circassia language is called Tsamez and it used in the past in the period of the state of Circassia as a trading town on the Black Sea coast. Today, the population of Movorosisk is about 275,000 people. Of these there are several hundred Circassians.
