In the mountains of the Republic of Adygea, the company "Dakhovskaya Sloboda LLC" is implementing an investment project to expand the tourist complex. The volume of investments will amount to 115 million rubles. This was reported in the press service of the head of the republic following a meeting of the Coordination Council for Economic Policy. On behalf of Murat Kumpilov, it was chaired by the Prime Minister of the republic Gennady Mitrofanov.
As a result of the project, it is planned to create 45 new jobs, increase the volume of tax revenues. In addition, the construction of the complex will improve the level of travel services provided. In this regard, the project was given the status of a large-scale one, - the press service commented.
The tourist complex "Dakhovskaya Sloboda" has been operating since 2008. In 2019, a new residential building of a four-star hotel with 10 rooms was built. By mid-2023, the investor plans to build another four-star hotel with 31 rooms, as well as two cottages, a panoramic restaurant with 100 seats, and a thermal aqua complex with a swimming pool.
