Mortgage loans in Kabardino-Balkaria continue to be popular

The indicator of the housing mortgage lending market in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic since the beginning of this year has increased by 17.1% and as of August 1 amounted to 24.6 billion rubles (336 million dollar), according to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of the republic.

“Since the beginning of the year, 2,900 mortgage loans have been issued, which is 61.3% more than in 7 months of last year. According to this indicator, the republic ranks 6th among all subjects of the Russian Federation,” the message says.

The average rate on mortgage loans in the republic for 7 months of this year was 6.91% per annum, while the average Russian rate was 7.29% per annum.
