The head of the Republic of Adygea Murat Kumpilov took part in voting at the elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the State Council-Khase (parliament) of the Republic of Adygea.

In Adygea, as well as throughout the country, voting has started in the elections of deputies to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. At the same time, deputies of the State Council-Khase of the Republic of Adygea and a number of representative bodies of municipalities to be elected in the republic. In total, 20 election campaigns are taking place in Adygea.

The Head of Adygea was among the first to vote in the republic. Today Kumpilov arrived at the site No. 142, which is located in the building of the children's polyclinic No. 1 in Maikop.

In an interview with the media, the Head of Adygea called on the citizens of the republic to take an active part in the voting.

A total of 339,779 voters are registered in the republic. Within three days, citizens can vote at polling stations.

Six candidates from the republic are participating in the elections to the State Duma, one of them was nominated by self-nomination. 295 candidates from 4 parties were registered for participation in the elections of deputies of the Adygea State Council-Khase and 87 single-mandate candidates. The Parliament of the Republic has 50 seats.
