Georgia will host the 7th International Scientific Session of the Circassian Center

The theme of the next 7th International Scientific Session of the "Circassian Cultural Center" in Tbilisi (Georgia) is "Language and Culture". It is dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of academician Ketevan Lomtatidze, IA NatPress reports.

"Dear Colleagues! The Circassian (Adyghe) Cultural Center invites you to take part in the traditional, seventh international scientific session, says the announcement, translated from the Circassian language into Georgian, English and Russian.

Taking into account the state of emergency and bans imposed in the country in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the session will be held online on December 16-17, 2021.

Specialists of the relevant profile and students of higher educational institutions (linguists, historians, political scientists, ethnologists, folklorists, religious scholars, culturologists, writers) can declare their desire to take part in the session and submit abstracts in electronic form to the address: circassianculture@gmail.com.

Deadline for accepting applications and abstracts: November 30, 2021

Working languages: Georgian, English, Circassian, Russian.
