At the resorts of the Karachay-Circassian Republic, it is forbidden to receive tourists without QR codes,- RBC reports.
So, in order to check into a hotel, you will need to present a document on vaccination against COVID-19 or a previous illness, or a certificate of the presence of a medical outlet from vaccination.
The same rules now apply in catering places and at public events that take place in the premises.
