The reconstruction of a number of large cultural objects is nearing completion in the Republic of Adygea. The events are timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the statehood of Adygea and another significant event - in the Russian Federation in 2022 it is declared the year of folk art and the intangible cultural heritage of peoples.
In our multinational republic, we pay special attention to this area, relying in our work on national and cultural public associations. It is especially significant that next year we will also celebrate the 100th anniversary of the statehood of Adygea and are implementing a series of events related to the reconstruction of historical sites, the preservation and development of cultural heritage, - the Head of Adygea Murat Kumpilov wrote on Facebook.
Now, for example, the reconstruction of the National Museum of Adygea, the improvement of the park in Maykop and the monument of the famous writer Tembot Kerashev are nearing completion. Soon after the overhaul, the Pushkin People's House, which was built in 1901, will also open.
We not only create comfortable living conditions, but also lay a kind of bridge to the future, while preserving our traditions, culture and history,” Murat Kumpilov wrote.
