Adygea have a plan to build 328,000 square meters of housing in a year

The authorities of the Republic of Adygea in 2022 plan to overfulfill the plan and build 328 thousand square meters of housing. The head of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, announced this on his Instagram page.

According to the national project, by 2030 in Adygea it is necessary to introduce 2 million 745 thousand square meters of housing. Last year, 307 thousand square meters were commissioned in the republic. This is 119% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year,” Murat Kumpilov wrote.

The head of Adygea added that the emphasis is on the integrated development of territories, where, along with housing construction, it is planned to build infrastructure and social facilities, as well commercial real estate.
