German Chancellor Scholz will pay visits to Kiev and Moscow

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will travel to Kiev on February 14 and pay a visit to Moscow a day later. This was announced on Thursday, February 3, by the Press and Information Office of the federal government.

The day before, Scholz said in an interview with the German public-legal TV channel ZDF that he would meet for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the crisis around Ukraine. This meeting is already "scheduled and will take place soon," he said.
