Production of computers in Kabardino-Balkaria grew by a third

In the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the production of computers, electronic and optical products in 2021 increased by almost a third (31.2%).

According to the Federal State Statistics Service for the North Caucasus, the volume shipped in this sector amounted to more than 2.6 billion rubles, which is 1.6 times more than a year earlier.

“In 2021, there was a growth trend in the production of equipment for various purposes in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic compared to 2020. The index of production of computers, electronic and optical products amounted to 131.2%, electrical equipment - 105.7%,” the report says.

The production of irradiation and electrotherapy equipment used for medical purposes, including mammographs and fluorographs of various modifications, also increased by 30.2%.
