The head of Adygea instructed to create a single contact center

Today, during the inspection of the institutions involved in the fight against coronavirus infection, the Head of the Republic of Adygea Murat Kumpilov checked the fulfillment of the instructions to expand the regional call center of the 122 service with the creation of a single contact center for healthcare institutions of the Republic of Adygea.

It will be placed in a separate room in the building of the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund. Having been there, the Head of Adygea got acquainted with the progress of the preparatory work.

According to the Minister of Digital Development, Information and Telecommunication Technologies of the Republic of Adygea Zaurbek Shu, the necessary equipment has been purchased, specialists are installing computers and IP phones, and a structured cable network is being installed. It is planned that 80 automated workplaces will be created in a single contact center.

Minister of Health of the Republic of Adygea Rustem Meretukov and Chairman of the Committee on Social Policy, Family Affairs, Health and Culture of the State Council-Khase of the Republic of Adygea Natalia Shirokova reported on the measures taken to expand the activities of the call center during the peak period.

According to the Head of Adygea, the positive experience of the call center should be improved and used to improve feedback from the population in the provision of medical care. To this end, Murat Kumpilov instructed to create a single contact center of healthcare institutions of the Republic of Adygea.

“It is important that in the future not a single call is missed, and residents receive comprehensive  consulting assistance. To do this, we are expanding the work of the call center, which significantly reduces the burden on the healthcare system,” Murat Kumpilov said .
