According to the results of 9 months of 2022, 980 thousand tourists visited the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, which is 16.2% more than the same period last year, then the republic was visited by 843 thousand people,- agency RIA Kabardino-Balkaria reports.
Tourists increasingly began to choose Kabardino-Balkaria for recreation. In September, the results of the summer were summed up, the most active months were July and August. In the summer season, hiking and climbing, off-road expeditions, ethno-gastronomic and health programs are popular in the republic.
Guests came to Kabardino-Balkaria from different parts of the Russia Fedration, the most active were tourists from Moscow, the Stavropol Territory, the Moscow and Rostov regions, and the republics of the North Caucasus.
A small number of several thousand tourists also come from abroad, among which are also Circassian tourists from the Middle East, Europe and America.
