The housing market continues to grow in the Republic of Adygea, the number of completed housing construction has significantly increased over the year.
According to the data of Adygea-stat, 98.3% of the objects put into operation since the beginning of the year are residential buildings - 5026 apartments with a total area of 441016 sq. m., which is 54.6% more than last year. 73.3% of the total volume of withdrawn housing was built by individual developers.
The volume of work performed by the type of activity "Construction" in January-October 2022 amounted to 26,165.9 million rubles ($436 million) or 121.5% compared to the level of the corresponding period of the previous year.
