Adygea holds a reading competition in the Circassian language

 


The Gukhel Foundation and the Adygean Republican Children's Library, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Adygea, are holding a competition for the best recitation of a poem or excerpt from prose in the Circassian (Adyghe) language,- the Soviet Adygea newspaper reports.

- Videos are accepted for the competition, in which participants must tell about themselves, their native village or city, their hobbies, as well as indicate the author and title of the chosen work, - they said in the Ministry of Culture of Adygea.

The video and the application must be sent before February 21 by e-mail konkurssybze01@yandex.ru.

The reading competition is held among children of three age categories, in each of which 3 finalists will be determined. In addition, there is a separate nomination for participants for whom the Circassian (Adyghe) language is not native. There are cash prizes for the winners.

The winners of the competition will be determined by a professional jury. The prizes will be awarded on March 14 (Circassian Language Day) in the Adyghe Republican Children's Library.
