The head of the Republic of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, got acquainted with the implementation of investment projects for the construction of a logistics center for the Ozon online store and a distribution center for the discounter company "Chizhik" in the Teuchezh district,- the press service of the government of the Republic reports.
The new logistics complex with a total area of 107.9 thousand square meters will be commissioned in August this year. The object worth 6.1 billion rubles (90 million dollars).
The first stage of construction worth 4.6 billion rubles ended last year. The investor received compensation for infrastructure construction costs in the amount of 283 million rubles. The first building has already been built, communications are connected, roads to the facility are being built. The second phase of the project will be completed next summer. The universal warehouse will provide the republic with 2,000 new jobs.
The head of Adygea gave a number of instructions to ensure the successful construction and commissioning of new buildings for the Ozon and Chizhik companies on time. According to him, the leadership of the republic will continue to assist the investor in removing all administrative barriers and obtaining state support as part of the development of related infrastructure facilities.
