Adygea is among the leaders in the Russian Federation in terms of growth in housing construction in 2022, the Ministry of construction of the Republic of Adygea reports.
In 2022, 468 thousand square meters were commissioned on the territory of the republic, which is 152% compared to 2021.
The reason for the increase in construction lies in the fact that some territories of Adygea are adjacent to the city of Krasnodar - the capital of the Krasnodar Territory. And so the natural expansion of the city means that the areas of Adygea adjacent to the city have a great demand for building space.
