The head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Kazbek Kokov, visited the new coronavirus contact center, which was created on behalf of the Head of the Republic and began its work today,- information agency RIA Kabardino-Balkaria reports.
The task of the contact center in the context of an intensive increase in the incidence of a new coronavirus infection is to provide effective and prompt feedback to the residents of the republic. The multi-channel line covers all polyclinics and hospitals, on the basis of which hospitals for especially dangerous infections function.
Currently, the contact center receives calls of more than 20 operators. Residents and senior students of the medical faculty of the republic were involved in the work. A consultation center has also been set up here: doctors of the Medical Consultative and Diagnostic Center of the Ministry of Health of the republic consult all those in need by phone or video link.
