A new sports complex will be built in Adygea by the end of the year


The head of the Republic of Adygea Murat Kumpilov, checked the construction of a sports complex in the town of Krasnogvardeyskoye. It is being built as part of the Demography national project,- the press service of the government of Adygea reports.

Temur Gubzhokov, the head of the Krasnogvardeisky district, reported that the facility is almost ready, sports equipment has been purchased. Within a month, the builders plan to complete the remaining finishing work and put the sports complex into operation.

The building with an area of ​​2,200 square meters will house a multi-purpose gaming hall with stands for 220 people, as well as a gym, locker rooms, showers, and administrative offices.

The head of Adygea pointed out the need for improvement and landscaping of the adjacent territory, and also instructed to provide parking spaces, equip street lighting.

“The sports complex should involve a large number of residents of the district in sports and physical education, become a venue for competitions at various levels. Therefore, it is important to foresee all the details in order to create safe and comfortable conditions for local residents to play sports,” - Murat Kumpilov said.
