Circassian National Costume Day will be celebrated in Circassia and in Diaspora

 

On September 28, Circassian National Costume Day will be celebrated in Circassia - in the Circassian republics of Adygea, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karashay-Circassia and in Shapsugia of the black sea. This day will be celebrated in the Circassian diaspora - Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Israel, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries.

In Adygea, festive events will be held at the North Caucasus branch of the State Museum of Oriental Art,- the Republican Committee for National Affairs, Relations with Compatriots and the Media reports .

The cultural program will begin at 17:30. For guests of the evening there will be an exhibition of handicrafts and national costumes, a concert program, a show of a collection of young designers and a quiz.

Participants in Circassian national costumes (Adyge shuashe) are welcome.
