This is the fifth award awarded to the son of the leader of Chechnya after the beating of Nikita Zhuravel.
The head of Kabardino-Balkaria Kazbek Kokov said that he has deep respect for Ramzan Kadyrov and his son and that the republics always support each other in difficult times.
In response, the leader of Chechnya explained the reason for the award:

After the torture of Nikita Zhuravel, who was arrested for burning the Koran, 15-year-old Adam Kadyrov was appointed head of the Chechen security department (his father Ramzan also began his career in a similar position) and received many (fake) awards.
