The Circassians do not recognize their problem and do not recognize that their situation is unnatural

 

The main problem of the Circassians is the fact that they do not live together in their historical homeland but are scattered all over the world. The reason for this dispersion is known and is the conquest of the Circassian homeland by the Russian Tsar and the expulsion of the Circassians from their homeland.

One hundred and fifty-seven years of living in the diaspora, the Circassians have lost many things and not only that but have become accustomed to this life and have even become convinced that they live naturally and there is no need to initiate or change anything.

Those who live in the diaspora are not willing to recognize the fact that their situation is unnatural and that the country in which they live cannot be a homeland for them. And those who live in the homeland have also become accustomed to the life of a minority and are also not willing to recognize the fact that their situation is unnatural.

20 years ago when the Internet began operating in the world, some said that the Internet would greatly help the Circassians and create strong ties between them. 20 years have passed and there is no progress for the Circassians, neither locally nor nationally. No, wait, the connection will be strengthened now, because today there is WhatsApp, Zoom and others. I want to assure you that there will be no progress because today's Circassians do not think in terms of nationality or homeland or rights, but only in personal and local terms, like, improving economic life a little, and social life a little, and in order to get out of an obligation and as if to do something about the Circassian issue, they use statements like "we must and must preserve the language", "we must and must preserve the Khabza", and in these clichés it is very interesting why they do not insert the word "homeland" or "build a homeland" or "restore rights" as the Palestinians say or as the Jews said "next year in Jerusalem". This is the situation of the vast majority of Circassians.

If you want to remain Circassians, then you should not waste time on the clichés mentioned above, but work on the main goal that Circassians have today and tomorrow, which is to unite in the Circassian homeland and build the Circassian state. All thought and all strength should be directed towards this goal.
